RETURN POLICY

Return policy within a certain period of time ⁃ Customers have a period of 15 days from receipt of the work to request a return or exchange. ⁃ Work must be in original condition, with original packaging. Return process: ⁃ Customers should contact our customer service to inform of their intention to return. ⁃ The customer must provide the necessary information about the order and the reason for the return. ⁃ Once the return request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to make the return shipment. Return Requirements: ⁃ The artwork must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage. ⁃ Original accessories and packaging must be included. ⁃ A copy of the purchase invoice or order number must be enclosed. Return options: ⁃ Refund: a refund of the amount paid by the customer will be made by the same. ⁃ method of payment used in the original purchase. ⁃ Exchange for another product: the customer may request an exchange for another work of equal or greater ⁃ value. ⁃ value. If the value is higher, the difference must be paid. Exceptions to the return policy: No returns will be accepted for works that have suffered damage caused by mishandling by the customer.
